Lord you are the one that teaches me how to release my stress and receive your rest. You don’t want me to live a stress filled life. You want to pour out your goodness and blessings upon me. You want me to live in peace and trust in you and all things and believe in you in all things. The key is to focus on you, on your promises: and you have a promise for every problem I need to resolve. I was stressed out, just strengthen me Lord that it’s not from you my God my provider when all this happens. I’m dependent on you and say my God you have my life in your hands you will lead and guide me you will direct me give me whatever I need to walk your way. Whatever happens, if opportunities drop, if I get rejected, you have a better door for me to go through and better things for me to do for your honor and your Glory. I am blessed in you. I’m not stressed. You help me overcome stress and embrace the goodness and blessings you have for me you are my powerful resource today and every day. I love you Jesus. Amen. So be it. And he said unto me, my grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. 2 Corinthians 12:9 KJV Tell the Lord I’m on my way to a busy day to do your work. I am concentrating on seeing you work through the people that are with me. Your work lives in memories and what I should say to them I take a 5 minute or 5 Second prayer for the holy spirit to guide my words. Guide me and help me be attentive and aware of their emotions and respond to their hurting pain. Live through me and respond to them and all circumstances with your love and understanding and wisdom. The reality is people need you, and always, I need to be there to let you live through me. I need to let your priorities come first and let my mind wake up to what you want me to say to them and be attentive to them. And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: And establish thou the works of our hands upon us; Yea, the work of our hands establish thou. Psalm 90:17 KJV As I talk to you lord, your forces work through me onto them and to the surroundings that I’m in. No matter what happens I need to communicate with you God, and give them your perfect love and take minutes or just seconds to pray for them. Let the loving relationship I have with you Lord slip through me to them it’s possible to. Rejoice always and pray without ceasing and wait just for you to give me the right words in the situations to work where you want me to work meet you God and everything that I do. I will stand by you and do what is necessary then I will see the Impossibilities come with be the impossible for your honor in Your Glory. Where I Am Lord if there is hatred, let it be so transformed to love. Where there is doubt, let your faith live. Wherever I walk Lord let me walk in your word. A single Sunbeam of your love is enough to drive away hatred, disbelief, and doubt. Above all Lord Your Grace gives us the power to overcome the darkness of this world. Praise you my Lord you are the one that sustains me from evil amen.
Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 KJV Your servant forever, Carol

My precious Lord I feel overwhelmed today, busy, overpowered, helpless, and overcome by all the things that are going on in my life. I am drowning. Beneath me is a huge mess of what’s going on in my life. I understand overwhelmed means a strong feeling a great amount that’s going on in life. I don’t want to run by negative emotions: sadness, persistent anger, fear, anxiety, guilt and depression. Sometimes these feelings I don’t even realize are in my life. I just start reacting to them. Lord, I’m asking You that I find guidance in this. Help me find a healthy outlet. Let me see the bigger picture. Help me to replace my negative thoughts with positive thoughts and to forgive myself for my emotional happenings. Show me what my emotional triggers are. Help me to meditate and take a moment to be still and see what is going on. Be kind to myself and others. Give me the strength to focus on my breathing and to take a step back and look at the situation. Help me to take my anger to You and my pain and understand what’s going on. “Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.” Psalm 61:1-2 Lord, I know some of my emotions are operating unconsciously. Help me understand which ones they are and find self-control in these emotions. I can control these emotions through You, Lord, who will strengthen me to do so. Give me whatever I need Lord to watch what I’m saying. Don’t let me be quick to respond with anger or bitterness. If I’m sad, let me admit my feelings. Lord, when I have too much of something going on in my life and I don’t know exactly how to handle it, please step in and give me experience and help me depend on You to get through this. Amen. “For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.” Psalm 61:3-4 Lord, help me to meditate and take a moment and be still and lean on You and talk to You about what is going on. Help me to postpone anything that doesn’t really need to be done and put the priority first. Set realistic goals and give to other people and allocate some of the stuff that needs to be done. Lord, when I feel that something is too difficult to deal with and I feel like I don’t know how to handle it, Lord, You go before me and You show me the way. You guide me and direct me. Lord, when I’m almost done with grief, the things that are going on in my life, help me to put these in Your hand and ask for Your guidance and directions. Lord, when depression and stress comes into my life, help me to get understanding in this and clear my mind and put You first. Amen.
“Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me. For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me.” Psalm 31:2-3 Your Servant Forever, Carol My past doesn’t have to determine my future. I can find healing in You, Jesus Christ. For me to experience a healthy soul, mind, and spirit, it is time for me to stand up and say that I need You, Jesus. I need You to empower me to stop feeling sorry for myself through You, Jesus. I need You to empower me to not focus on the past and give it to You as it comes up. I need you to go before me and empower me to stop being angry and unhappy. Jesus, You give me courage to go forward. “Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.” Psalms 31:24 I need you to empower me to stop trying to do it in all my own strength and to lean on You and to believe and trust in You in all things. I need to make a choice to live in You, my Jesus, and Your promises instead of living in my pain. Let You heal me and restore my soul, body, and Spirit to freedom and to remove all the bondage that is in my soul and strongholds and generational curses. After years of being miserable, living with the pain and frustration of hurt from my past, I have come to the point that I refuse to live that way anymore. Trusting and believing in You is the only way my pain will go into Your hands right away. As I give You my burdens, You restore them and take them away. “Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” Psalms 55:22 My journey to total healing happens not always overnight, but I can honestly say that it was worth the growing time of whatever I go through to have a testimony to share with others. I have real peace and enjoy freedom in my life every day. I reach forward because I have a healthy soul for Your honor and glory. I’m passionate about helping other people experience the same wholeness in You, Christ, that I have. Around the world, Lord, people in all walks of life struggle with insecurity about their worth and are wondering if anyone could ever really love them for who they are. I know truly a fact - it’s You we desperately need. People need to desperately know the truth, Your Living Word of God! Jesus, You love us and You created us to be strong, confident, joyful, and able to fulfill the amazing potential You have given us, Your plan and Your will. “Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.” Jude 1:21 Your Servant Forever, Carol
